SUPREME COURT.

Wellington, last night. The " fish cement" fraud cases, against the brothers Eastwood, which are at present before the Supreme Court, will not be finished until to-morrow. The jury m Eastwood's case disagreed, and were discharged. A new trial was ordered. The charge against Saunders, a Johnsonville Jpnblican, of refusing a traveller a bed, was dismissed.
