HORRORS OF A RUSSIAN PRISON.
St. Petersburg, Feb. 10.— Official reports reveal frightful barbarities in a convict prison in Saghalien, a small island off the eaab coast of Asia, belonging to Russia. Convicts were mutilated and beaten to death. Cannibalism was common owing to lack of food.
