The Napier Harbor Loan.

Naher, to-day. The London office of the Bank of Australasia having advised tho Harbor Board by cable that the time is opportune for floating the L.200,000 5 per cent, loan authorised last year, the Board have decided to issue it at once as from .July Ist, so that it shall carry no accrued interest. Tho Board expect over par, as for sometime past the old 0 per cent, loan stood at 101-3 after payment of tho halfyearly interest.
