HOME RULE BILL.
• Lo.vdon, June 2. A motion by Arnold Forster to adjourn the Home Rule Bill in order to discuss the increase of crime in Ireland, was rejected by a majority of 38. Mr J. Morley admitted that there was an increase in agrarian outrages in Clare, Kerry, and Limerick. There was a similar discussion in the House of Lords.
