Napier, to-day. — The scholarships report states : — As in previous years, the Gisborne High School is an easy leader, Waerenga-a-hika, Clive, Kaikora, Waipukurau, and Havelock occupying places of honor in the order named. The marks obtaiued out of a possible 825 were : —
