SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.
The s.s. Talune left Auckland at 12.30 p.m to-day and arrives here about noon to-morrow. She steams for Southern ports and Melbourne at 5 p.m. The s.s. Australia arrived at Waipiro this morning, and is waiting there for the weather to moderate Co enable her to work cargo. She is, therefore, expected to renei! Vrere to-morrow evening, and proceeds on to Napier and Wellington at 7 p.m. The B.s. Southern Cross left Wellington at 6 last evening, and will leave Napier at 4 to-morrow afternoon, reaching here at daylighfc ou Saturday morning. She sails for Coast ports and Auckland at 7 a.m. The s.s. Kanieri, from Auckland and Coast ports, owing to bad weather, will nofc arrive here until to-morrow night. She sails for Napier on Saturday. The s.s. Waihora, from Southern ports and Melbourne, arrives here on Sunday morning, and proceeds on to Auckland and Sydney at 8 a.m. The schooner Waiapu (Capt. Nicholas) left Tairoa yesterday for Gisborne. The Shaw Savill Company's ship Akaroa left Dunedin yesterday for Gisborne to load wool for London. The schooner Gisborne sails for tho East Coast on Saturday.
