London, Sept. 19,

Tho steamer Uranus has arrived at Hull, from Hamburg, with one seaman suffering from cholera. New York, Sept. 19. The local Board of Health has ordered the sheriff to remove all the quarantined passengers from Fire Island and prevent further landing. The Governor of New York has wired to the captain of the troops on tho Island to defend the quarantino grounds at nil hazards. Berlin, Sept. 20. Tho deaths in Hamburg to-day numbered 180. It is expected that owing to the severe loss through the plague there will be many failures. At present there are 6000 clerks out of work. Vienna, Sept. 20. Ten deaths have occurred at Cracow fconi cUoleva.
