Whippers-in and body-snatchers coming provided, on presentation with the Rex pecuniarum in fiato, shall be cheerfully taken in, and comfortably dossed. One long and special refreshment, together with nine Jubilee shillings and a tanner, given for every second-hand half-sovereign produced at the bar of the house.
