Nominations for Hurdlos, Flying Handicap, Waiapu Handicap, and County Stakes to be in the hands of the Secretary not later than eight p.m., February 16th, 1891. Weights to be declared 23rd February, 1891. March 12th is the night of General Entry, at Port Awanui. No entry will bo received for any race except on the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be n'ual. All protests to be accompanied by a deposit of L 2. Protest to be given in writing withm 15 minutes after the race, deposit to be forfeited if the protest is considered frivolous. Entrances for the Waiapu Handicap and Flying Handicap, Hurdles, and County Stakes, to be in the hands of the Secretary, together with entrance fee, not later than Monday, 16th February, 1891, at 8 p m. Entrance must contain the name, age, description, pedigree of horse (if not known, state unknown), and colors of the. rider. All entrances must be under sealed cover, addressed to the Secretary of the Waiapu Jockey Club, Port Awanui, and endorsed "Entry for Waiapu Races." No delayed entrances received.
