Government has decided to issue a Royal Commission to enquire into and report on the methods and proposals calculated to prevent the occurrence of conflicts between capital and labor or mitigate their disastrous consequences. Special attention is to be devoted to the constitution of Conciliation Boards. lv tho Lower House last night Mr Dibbs moved a vote of censure on Government for postponing the declaration of their fiscal policy, and the House adjourned till Wednesday. The fry was raised from ova received from Wellington some time since, and was sent over as an experiment in long distance transit.
