The SOUNDS EXCURSION for IS9O will be made by the Company's favorite Steamer TARAWERA, Which will leave PORT CHALMERS on the FIRST EXCURSION on THURSDAY, 9th JANUARY (Calling at Bluff early Friday morning for Excursionists), and in the course of a ten days' trip visit Preservation Inlet, Dusky, Breaksea, George Caswell, Milford and other Sounds on the West Coast. Special facilities will be offered for sporting, fishing, and sketching excursions. The Tarawera will arrive back at Bluff about noon on FRIDAY, 17th January, and at Port Chalmers early on the morning of SATURDAY, 18th. She leaves again on her second trip on MONDAY, 20th, arriving back on WEDNESD V, 29th January, and leaves again on the third trip the SAME AFTERNOON. The same programme will be observed on each Excursion. The latest time for Passengers from Gisborne to leave on the first trip will be FRIDAY, January 3rd ; second trip, FRIDAY, January I,oth ; and third trip, FRIDAY, January 24th.
