The Finan Committee will dissolve on Saturday. The Dockers' Union is gradually gaini strength, and now numbers 30,000. (Received November 17,6.20 p.m.) Londo.v, Nov. 1(5. The Financial Committee of the stri ers have now closed the accounts. Tl credit side shows that the Australian col nies contributed L 30,000. The Engli; Trades Unions only contributed L 4,00 On Wednesday the Committee met ' decide as to the disposal of the surplu but their action is subject to the approv of the donors. The earnings of the Tilbury doc laborers have been increased by four an six shillings weekly. In some instance the wages of the men employed at othe docks have also been increased by eigl and thirteen shillings weekly.
