The U.S.S. Co.'s Te Anau, 1652 tons. (Capt. Kennedy), arrived in the Hay from Auckland and Sydney about 3 p.m. yesterday, bringing -.-Mesdamea Gilder and Butler ; Messrs Hunter, Hcwatt, Longley, Marshall, Davis, McEllum (-'), and Prnwdy. She went on South at 10 p.m., taking -.-Mtsdames Townley, Smith and 6 children and servant, Arundel and 2 children, and Sinclair and 1 child • Missea Howarah, King, Goldsmith, and Jennings; Messrs Webb, Williams, Harte, Nolan, Baker Orr, Brown, Gebbie, Bell, Trow, Sinclair, Muir, Bennett ; Major Porter ; and Capt. Botham. The U.S.S. Co. 's 8 s. Wairarapa, 1786 tons, (Capt. Coalfield), arrives in the Bay from Melbourne and South to-mc.rrow morning. She goes on to Auckland and Russell. Last launch leaves the shore at 9 a.m. The Australia picked up 122 bales of wool at Tokomaru, and 20 bales at Whangaparu. The Te Anau on her arrival at Dunedin on the 20th will be laid up for an overhaul, and there will be no trip to Melbourne this week. The Mara ron will on arrival at Dunedin on the 26th Ukii round and leave again at once probably direct for Melbourne, arriving there on the 30th. The Mararoa's northward trip ■will be taken up by the Ringarooma, and on her return to Donedin the Tekapo will take up the running to Melbourne. The Mararoa on her return from Melbourne will come as far as the Bluff only and her northword running will be taken by the Tc Anau, the Mararoa returning to Melbourne at once. The Wairarapa will leave here on Thursday, 21st inst., a day in advance of usual date, to enable excursionists to arrive in Dunedin in time for the opening of the Exhibition. Thes.s. Ohau leaves Dunedin on Wertnead»y, calls at Oamaru and Timaru, on Thursday and Friday, arriving here via Napier on Monday, the 25 th inst.
