EUROPEAN SITUATION.
London, Dec. 29. It is stated that Russia is pressing Turkey to compel Prinoe Ferdinand to abdicate. Signor Brateno, Italian Minister for War, has asked the Chamber of Deputies to vote 60,000,000 francs for armanents.
