THE ABOVE - NAMED COMPANY WILL HOLD A SALE OF LANDS On the East Coast, by Public Auction, in the Month of JANUARY NEXT. In order to realise upon some of its properties, the Directors have determined to offer PASTORAL and RURAL Sections or Blocks upon terms which will meet the requirements of all who desire to purchase Lands. These Lands will be offered in Sections or Blocks of moderate size at low upskt pricks — len per Cent, of Purchase to be paid at time of Sale, and Ten per Cent, in Twelve Montlis thereafter.
