. —^ . Vienxa, Doc. 14. The .Bulgarian deputation, which is still in this city, waited on Prince Ferdinand of Saxe Coburg yesterday and offered him the Crown of Bulgaria. Prince Ferdinand atated that before giving a reply to the deputation he would consult the Emperor Francis Joseph. He, however, expressed a belief that both the Emperor of Austria and the Czar of Russia would approve of his accepting the Throne.
