FALL IN PRICES

Melbourne, to-day.J | Goldsborough & Co. held their U3ual weekly wool sale this afternoon to a larg» attendance of buyers. Competition was brisk. 7000 bales were offered, of which 4100 were sold, prices for which were on an equality with those realised at London sales. Greasy wool is id to Id lower, and scoured from Id to I£d lower. In good greasy lambs and light cross-breds there is no material change to report.
