Canadian Fishery Dispute.

AMERICAN SCHOONER SEIZED. Ottawa, Out. 12. An American fishing schooner which failed to report to the Customs at Nova Scotia has been seized. Her owners have been fined. As the master persisted in hoisting the American flag the Captain of the Canadian cruiser Terror ordered a party on board to lower the flag, which was accordingly dono, and an armed guard was placed in charge of the schooner.
