CACLFIELD CUP ACCEPTANCES

The following y.re the acceptances for the Caulfiekl Cvp :— Benbolfc, Boolka, Britisher, BonnieDoon,Burrilla, Islander, Lesbia, Little John, Recall, Remus, Silver Mine, Silver King, The Levite, Zeno, First Consul, Gardnia, Cain, Maroney, Met more, Tarperi, and St. John. Later. Reid's Millstream has accepted for the Caulfield Cup. The following is the latest betting for the Caulfieid Cup : — Silver Mine 7 to 2, Recall 7 to 1, Benbolt 10 to 1, Britisher 10 to 1, Little John 15 to 1, The Levite 15 to 1. Nai'ieu, to-day. Eighty-three nominations have been received for the Hawke's Bay Guineas, 1887. This is the largest number of entries ever received in New Zealand. TiMAiu;, to-day. The Committee of the Geraldine Racing Club lnive decided to remove the disqualification placed on Messrs H-ibba Bros and on the horse Bordurman at their autumn meeting. ITo]y Trinity Church Choir practice to night. Sunday being Hospital Sunday a full, attendance is requested. — Ailvt. A meeting of the Hospital Committee will take place this evening at the Hospital.
