DYNAMITE OUTRAGES.

THREE MORE EXPLOSIONS. HOUSE OF COMMONS BLOWN UP. London, Jan. 25. Intense excitement has been caused throughout this city by very daring and well-planned attempts to damage the Houses of Parliament at Westminster and the Tower of London by means of explosions of dynamite. The first explosion occurred early yesterday afternoon, a quantity of dynamite having been lodged in the first of the crypts underneath Westminster Hall. The windows of the Hall were smashed by the concussion of the explosion, and a large hole was made in the floor, two policemen and a number of visitors who were present being seriously injured. A few minutes after the first explosion had taken place a second explosion occurred, the spot being under the Strangers' Gallery of the House of Commons. The western end of the chamber was completely wrecked. One person who is suspected of having caused the explosion was arrested on the spot immediately afterward. A third explosion occurred about the same time as the second, the scene being at what is known as the White Tower, among the buildings comprising the Tower of London. Numerous visitors were present in the Tower at the time, and four persons were severely injured. The windows of a large number of houses in the neighborhood o f the Tower were broken, and the buildings sustained considerable damage. Washington, January 25.
