[Reuter's Telegrams.] LONDON, April 3. Telegrams are to hand from Cherbourg announcing that the body of the late Duke of Albany was embarked at that port to-day for England. The Prince of Wales proceeds with the steamer. A most disastrous fire occurred to-day in Paternoster Row. It raged fully five hours, and resulted in the destruction of several houses and immense damage to property. I The market rate of discount has declined by one-eighth, and is now seven eighths below the Bank rate of 3 per oent. New Zealand securities remain at yesterday's quotations. Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 43s ; New Zealand ditto, 35s to 4ls. Adelaide flour, ex store, remains at 29*, Australian tallow is unchanged. The second of this year's series of wool s*les opens on Tuesday, April 29. No limit is to be placed on the quantity to be offered. The Bank of South Australia has declared a dividend for the last half-year at the rate of 7 per Qent. per annum, together wjth a h.on.us of §s, per aha.re, and carries £7000 to the reserve fund.
