[Reuter's Telegrams.] LONDON, April 3. Telegrams are to hand from Cherbourg announcing that the body of the late Duke of Albany was embarked at that port to-day for England. The premises destroyed by fire In Paternostep Row were oooupied by Pardon and Sons, printers ; FandeJ, Phillips and Co. j and Benjamin Williams' new warehouse, The Bank rate of diaconufc has been reduced to 2h per cent.
