Date of nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Boxing Day Handicap, and Ladies' Bracelet, SATURDAY, November 24th ; acceptances for Hurdles, Boxing Day Handicap, and Ladies' Bracelet, SATURDAY, December 15th, Weights to be declared by S p.m. on SATURDAY, Ist December. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entry will be received for any race except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. Second horses to save stakes in all handidicap races. All protests must be entered within fifteen minutes of the finish of a race, and must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which sum shall be forfeited to funds if deemed frivolous. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Hon. Secretary, and left at the Masonic Hotel, Gisborne, not later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates. General entry night, 15th December. Qualification feej 1 soy,, payable at same time. The rules and weights of the Poverty Bay Turf Club will be adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
