December 3. At tho wool sales to-day, 7000 bales were offered, and a good demand again experienced, December 5. The appointment of W. J. Sendall to the Lieutenant Governorship of Natal, has been cancelled, and a full Governor will be appointed in deference to tho wishes of the Colonists. Sir Garnet Wolsery will succeed in April next, Sir C H. Ellice as Adjutant General of the forces.
