Zulu 1 ThjCzar 2 Sweennoat... ... ... 3 Wellington, Savanakn, First Water, Sir Modred, Suwarrow, L<>r I Burlei«h, Odd Trick, Waterloo, Kathurst, Canary, Wandering Jew, Trump Yoss, Darebin, Pawnbroker, Handulbimi, Whe tear, Somnus, Orient, Pollio, Guinea, Carmen, Waxy, Greyhound, SahtaClaus, Duchess, The Cockney, -and Oxitlia, also ran. Soniuus cut out tho running for the first three-quarters of a mile, followed by Santa Clans and Zulu. At three-quarters of a mile Zulu took the lead, and never was caught, winning by two lengths. Time— 3 inins. 32j sees. Tho mem Hera of the batting ring win heavily by Zulu's victory.
