Sir, — Those members of our Library and others, who have been HtU'lyin.; Percy Sraythe'a b'>ok on the Groat Pyramid, will be interested in reading a paragraph in the London Times, as reported by that paper's Cairo correspondent, relative to a " find " of great and rare interest to antiquaries and historians, has just been discovered in Egypt. The thiil include* the most beautiful jxipyri owr yet found ; also the mummies of thirty Royal personages — Ramses 11. and Thothmes 111 ; the latter was fourth king of the 18th Dynasty, and reigned BO 1000 (about). A full and interesting description, giving the particulars how the discovery was made, may be found in the Sept. number of the Scientijk American, on (ho Reading- room table ; also in the Canterbury Times, October 22nd.
