Three horses to start for each Race, or only half the money will be given. The Auckland Jockey Club K tiles will be strictly adhered to, unlesss where otherwise sped fled. No entries shall be received exoept on these conditions : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. Any jockey riding except in colours entered, or proper jockey costume, will be fined 20s. Any person entering a protest shall deposit the sum of three pounds with the Stewards, and such protest proving frivolous, the amount shall be forfeited to the Race Fund. Nominations for Hindicap Hurdles, and Prince of Wales' Birthday Handicap must be sent sealed to the Hon. Sec, at the Masonic Hotel, Olsborne, on Satumpay, Octobor Ist, 1881, not later than 8 p.m. and no entry will be received after that time, unless by post letter or teltgram bearing the same date, enclosing entrance money and qualification fee, name, ago and colour of the horse. Qualification fee 10s. Acceptance for the Handicap Hurdles and Prince of Wales' Birthday Handicap, enclosing colours, on the night of general entry at the Masonic Hotel, Gisborne, Saturday, November sth., at 8 p.m. sharp.
