Graham & Co. v. Oxene Pitau. — Claim £10 0s 2d. Judgment for plaintiff. L. Mclntosh v. Robinson.— Claim £40 12s 6d, for moneys collected and not accounted for to the plaintiff as it was agreed upon at the time they should be. There was no appearance of defendant. Judgment by default for the amount claimed with costs. H. J. Walker v. Skillicoun. — Claim £4 5s 4d, for skins and wool supplied. The defendant pleaded that he had not received the goods. The plaintiff proved that the skins were delivered to Cooper, who was employed as defendant's carrier. Judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs £2 17s 6d.
