INVERCARGILL.
This Day. A largely attended meeting of Southland farmers was held on Saturday to inaugurate a Farmers' Co-operation Association for the disposal of farmers' produce. A provisional directory was nominated and a secretary appointed. The enterprise may now be said to be fairly started.
