At to-day's sitting of the Conference the question of a Constitution Federal Council was discussed but the debate was adjourned till Monday.

A telegram was read from Sir Arthur Gordon to Lord Augustus Loft us relating to the decision of the Conference to appoint a committee to investigate the powers of High Commissioner, the Western Pacific and a reply has been resolved upon, but the nature of it has not transpired.
