CORRESPONDENCE.

(We dp not hold our.selves res;x)nsible for opinions expressed by correspondents.) [To the Editor of the Herald.] Sir, —I beg to inform you and the public that the main road to Ormond is yet closed, and for what purpose the County Conhcil members may be ableto tell. For all the harm the traffic does is of little consequence. I therefore wish to draw the attention of the public generally to the fact that there is a contract now existing on the Middle road for the Road Board, and no protection whatever given them. In conclusion, I beg to ask if there is any favor shown. I am, &c, Ratepayer.
