SYDNEY.
Saturday. The District Judge Meyniott, whose conduct formed recently the subject for a commission of inquiry, has been removed by the Government for habitual discourtesy to legal practitioners, and inteiference with juries, and subordinating the interests of justice to his personal convenience.
