LONDON.
October 12. A note has been received from the Porte announcing its intention to cede Dulcigno to Montenegro, and hoping that step will prevent any further display on the part of the Combined Fleet/ and. that it will be at once abandoned. It is reported to be the intention of the King of Burmah to demand indemnity from Great Britain for the late rebellion.
