TRUST COMMISSIONER'S ENQUIRY.

(Before M. Price, Esq., Commissioner.) An enquiry on the Maungataikapua Block with reference to the interest of Paora Haupa and certain interests held by him in trust for minors. Mr. Nolan applied for a Trust Commissioners certificate. The Trust Commissioner refused to certify fo Paora's sale of the children's shares as being in oontravention of the trust vested in ' him. As tb his ow n share and that of his mother, and Rihara he required further information as to how the consideration money was paid before a certificate was granted. For that purpose an adjournment was made till 3.30. Tangihangi — An application for certificate from Heuare Kotiti to Messrs j Burnett and Graham was heard and the I certificate granted. A large number of other cases set down for hearing were adjourned to Monday next.
