Making therefore 30,593 acres to which the original title has been investigated, and 238,648 acres of Government land, and 47,717 acres of private lands which have been sub-divided, a result which no other Court which ever sat in New Zealand or any other place has attained in the matter of sub-division in the time occupied by the cases under notice.
