[FROM OUR OWN OOKIIKSPONDKNT.] LONDON. October 1. The report that the Albanians set fire to Dulcigno proves to be without foundation. Admiral Seymour has determined the Combined Fleet to leave Ragusa on Monday for the Gulf of Cattaro, which is deemed a safer place of anchorage. Nothing definite is yet decided as to when the ileet will proceed to Dulcigno. At a Cabinet meeting of the Council to-day, Earl Granville informed his colleagues that Musurus Pasha, the Turkish Ambassador, had stated to him that the Porte was receding from the position it had taken up, and was now endeavoring to dissuade the Albanians from offering resistance to the cession of Dulcigno. Further advices state the Albanians are mustering in foi'ce at Dulcigno. A reward of £1,000 is offered for the discovery of the murderers of Viscount Mount Morris, shot in his carriage at Donburn, Ireland, a few days ago. CONSTANTINOPLE. October 1. The Porte has addressed a request to the Great Powers, through their Ambassadors here, asking for a delay until Monday, when steps would be taken to bring about a solution of the Montenegrin difficulty. NEW YORK October 1. There is great excitement through- [ out America over the approaching Presidential election, and speeches are being delivered by prominent leaders of both parties.
