(FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) — — . I LONDON. September 19. Admiral Seymour, Commander of the combined fleet at Ragusa, despatched an intimation to Ali Biza Pasha, commander of the Turkish forces at Dulcigno, demanding the immediate cession of that town and district to Montenegro but no answer has been received. PARIS. September 20. Fresh complications have arisen respecting the expulsion of Jesuits ; and Freycinet, President of the Council of Ministers has resigned. Jules Ferry succeeds him.
