Friday.- --\ It is announced that as the railway employees who are wages men, did not receive notice of ten per cent. .deduction, 1 it" -will not be enforced "for this monthj but all those with salaries will have to submit to the deduction. The wages men, however, are still dissatisfied, and threaten to cease work on Saturday .unless ten per cent, deduction is withdrawn altogether.
