.» ■ ■ Wellington, 3 p.m Legislative Council. The Council met yesterday at 2.30. The Hon. Mr. Peacock drew attention to the fact that his notice of motion that Legislative Councillors should not this year take the honorarium had been telegraphed exactly to the contrary. The Speaker expressed his regret thereat. The Election Petitions Bill was read a second time. The Kabbit Nuisance Bill, and Deceased Wife's Sister Marriage Bill passed through Committee. The Council adjourned at 5 o'clock.
