PARLIAMENTARY.
[Special to the Herald.] Wellington, 3 p.m Legislative Council. The Legislative met yeßterday at 2.30. The Attorney-General said, replying to a question, that the time for sending in the Property Assessment returns would be extended to August next, and new forms issued. The Deceased Wife's Sisters' Marriage Bill was restored to the Order Paper, and a second reading ordered for Tuesday next. The Impounding Bill passed through Committee. The Council rose at 3.35.
