♦ ■ [FROM OCR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, 3 p.m. Legislative Council. The Legislative Counncil met at 2.30. A number of notices of motion were given, and of fourteen Bills to be introduced, eleven are by Mr. Whitaker. The Committee brought up the address in reply to the Governor's speech, and Dr. Grace gave notice to move its adoption next day. The Council adjourned at 2.45.
