Section 80— Front portion flat ; stream foraging fence ; partially grassed ; back portion rather broken, fern and tutu ; soil very good. Section 82— Front portion fiat, suitable for fencing ; stream forms a good fence ; back portion broken, but well-fitted for pastoral purposes ; soil very good. Section 82 — Frontage flat, slightly grassed, low fern ; i the greater portion, however, is of a broken nature ; fernand tutu ; soil good. Section 87 and 126— Frontage flat, slightly grassed ; low-fern ; the greater portion is of a broken nature. Section 88 Similar to 87 and 126 with a J quantity of bush. Note.— Those Sections for which more than one application has been received on the 20th May, will be decided by auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Auckland, at noon on the 27th May, 1880. Plans may be seen, and further particulars of the land obtained, on application at this office, and at the Survey office, Gisborne. Condition No person can select more than 320 acres. Deposit of l-20th of the price of the land to be tendered with application. Payments-Twenty equal instalments, payable one each on Ist January and Ist July of each year for 10 years. Improvement — Selector must bring into cultivation not less than onetwentieth of area the first year, onetenth the second year, and within six years must have cultivated one-fifth, and effected pemanent improvements to the value of £1 for every acre. The selector has the option, at any time after the first three years, of discharging all his obligations by paying up the balance of the purchase money in one payment, provided he has effected the improvements. Residence on the land by the selector is compulsory for a period of six years from the issue of license.
