LONDON
April 13. In view of the approaching resignation of the Ministry, Lord Lytton, Viceroy of India, has been raised to an Earldom. The training ship Atlanta, with 300 souls on board, is reported missing. She left Bermuda at the end of January for England on her return from a cruise. Great anxiety is felt regarding her safety. The channel squadron has been ordered to go in search for her.
