TRUST COMMISSIONERS' ENQUIRY.

(Before M. Price, Esq., sitting as Trust Commissioner.) Under the Native Land Frauds Prevontion Act, 1870. The following applications for certificate of completion of title were heard : — Mr. Ward on the application of Hardy and others to Mercantile Loan Co., was adjourned for a week. Matenga Toti to W. L. Rees and Wi Pere, deed of Trust of interest in Pukepapa and other blocks for benefit of Arapera Pere. Mr. Rees in support of the application. Adjourned to the 21st. W. L. Rees and others to K. Wyllie. Deed of covenant re 302 acres &c. in Whataupoko block. Mr. Rees, in support of the application, having at some length explained the nature and object of the application, and Mr. Ward having been heard in objection, and Mr. A. Graham and others having been examined, the matter was adjourned till the 21st, as also an application re H. Haereone to Peti Mortee, sale of 50 acres in Matawhero No. 1.
