A citizens' ball was held last night at the Theatre Royal in honor of the Governor and Lady Robinson. It was not largely attended, the weather being wet and boisterous. About 60 couples were present. The Penguin was unable to land her passengers or mails, and left for Wellington about 5 o'clock last evening, having been signalled to proceed.
