MELBOURNE.
Friday. The new Ministry was sworn in by the Governor. Mr. Sei*vice, the Premier, has intimated that he adheres to his scheme of reform including joint sitting of two Houses on the Norwegian plan. W. J. Clark has decided to sell his fine stud of horses and retire altogether from the turf.
