Messrs Hoadley and Lyon report a full attendance of the trade at their weekly wool and sheepskin sale when 444 skins. 2 bales pieces, 1 bale locks, 1 cask tallow, and 6 hides, were catalogued, and all sold. The quality of sheepskins was not so good as usual. Prices as follows : — Sheepskins — Merino : good, ssd, s§d, s|l, and 6d per lb ; medium, 4&d to 4£d ; pelts, Id. Longwool : good, 4|<l, sd, s&d, and s§d ; medium, 3J, 3{jfd, 3|d, and 4Jd ; inferior. Id, 2d, 2id, and 2|d ; 1 bale locks, 2J ; 2 bales pieces, 4£d ; 1 cask tallow, 2cl.
