LONDON.
November 2. Orders have been given for the Mediterranean Squadron, under Admiral Hornby, to proceed to Voolla. Mr. Layard, the British Ambassador, explained to the Porte that the order was given because Great Britain insisted that the promised reforms m Asiatio Turkey should be carried out. An invention is announced of a mixture to preserve butter m ordinry kegs, pure and fresh without salt.
