FENCING NOTICE. To JOHN ALLEN, owner or occupier of portion of the MATAWHERO NO. 1 BLOCK, Poverty Bay District, and all the owners and occupiers of tho said Block. I HEREBY give notice that I intend to erect a dividing fence between the Kaipou Block and the Matawhero No. 1 Block, District of Poverty Bay, aforesaid, and I call upon you, the owner of adjoining land, to assist m erecting the said fence m terms of the " Fencing Act," and ordinances now m force m this district ; or I shall erect the same, and call upon you for half the cost o fthe said fence.
