For shearing two sheep m the most workmanlike manner, the time to be limited to half an hour. No second prize unless four competitors enter, no third prize unless six competitors enter. Shearing to commence at 2.30 p.m. First prize, £1 10s ; second prize, £1 ; third prize, 10s. A LEAPING MATCH Will be held at 3 o'clock m the afternoon. : A Prize of £5 is offered for the horse .that clears the highest bar, not less than 4 feet" from the ground. Three trials allowed for each rise of the bar. Also, — A Prize of £5 is offered for the horse that is best over three jumps, hedge, water jump, and hurdle. iSntrance fee, 10a. There will be no match unless there are four or more entries, which may be made with the Secretary on the ground. SPECIAL PRIZE. £5 5s is offered by Mr G. L. Sunderland, to be given to the winner of most prizes m Horses, Cattle, and Sheep. To score by points, 2 poiuts allowed for first prize, and 1 point for second prize. GENERAL REGULATIONS TO BE OBSERVED AT THE FORTHCOMING SHOW. All Entries for the forthcoming Show to be sent m, properly described and classed, to the Secretary, addressed Masonic Hotel, not later than eight o'clock on SATURDAY EVENING, October '2s. All the exhibits ahall be delivered at the appointed place at or before 9 a. m. on the day of the Show. All hacks entered m any of the classes shall be ridden before the Judges if required. All owners of Bulls and Entire Horses shall take charge of them personally or by deputy throughout the proceedings. The Show will be open to the public at 12 o'clock noon.
