MELBOURNE.
This Day. The robbers of the Commercial Bauk at Lancefield Bay that when they robbed the Bank, the accountant cowered m abject fear, and the inhabitants showed themselves great cowards. An unexampled scene of violence took place m the Assembly last night. Mr. Gaunson accused Mr. Patterson, Minister of Public Works, of cattle lifting, and characterised him as a whipped cur. Threats of violence were freely used. A division on the Budget is expected to-night. !
